$3+ to use the cheap computer to print a UPS label? Ridiculous. It should be free given the business their getting by shipping. Definitely Fedex next time where they're willing to print for .25 with file on thumb drive.

The owner, Robert Moshinsky, provided the very best service I could have asked for when I needed to ship two rocking chairs, a cedar chest and a large painting from Phillipsburg to Spring Hill, TN. Robert managed to configure the shipment so that the two rockers fit into one large box, thus reducing the original estimated cost. Then Robert tactfully elicited from me my "senior" status that shaved even more.off the original estimate! To boot all pieces arrived ON TIME with scarcely a blemish. It was great service by Robert and his staff - highly recommend this UPS store.
Went to return some equipment today as per vendor. The manager waited on me. I guess it was too muck work for him to scan two boxes... Lacking bad customer service skills and bad attitude. When I was done, said thank you, no reponce. My son goes what was his problem, I told him, he hates his job and needs to find another one. I wouldn't go back there and as per other reviews, most that work there can careless about the customer. Oh well...Just a honest review, not hating just sayin.
